Dear Venka

I think a workshop is a pre-conference event. Hence, I think we can have
the date of the conference as it is 1-2 Oct and can mention pre-conference
event 30th September as a workshop which depends upon the number of
the proposal.

Reshma

Reshma, is it OK to change the dates in the Website?

The banner 1-2 Oct also needs to be changes since
Workshop (30 Sept) is also a part of the conference.

P.S. Mine was only a suggestion, all decision
need to be taken in consent to Reshma and

Dear Reshma, all,

It is great to see that you will be including the FOSS4G ribbon in the
final logo. (as the ribbon is a symbol of the flow of ideas, innovation,
and sharing within the FOSS4G community)

I will be happily sharing the news of this event, and its call for
abstracts.

Thanks!
